We believe in flexibility, individuality and empowerment! That’s why we offer a unique way to experience Reformer Pilates On-Demand:

New to Reformer Pilates? Or can’t get enough of it? Everyone is welcome here! Our On-Demand platform offers classes for beginners and pros alike – full-body workouts or sessions focused on specific muscle groups. You decide what you feel like doing. Always tailored to your own pace, whenever it suits you - guided by our experienced trainers.

Prefer training in a group? Just join one of our daily group classes with our trainers!

I've just finished Summer On Demand pass and it was indeed the best gift for my body. I'm sad that was the last day and I'm looking forward to more trainings! I started Pilates months ago, but here I can practice at my own pace and with more flexibility. The videos are well prepared, with enough commentary and instructions. Regular trainings pay off quickly, I gained mobility and observed some body toning. The studio has very welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for everyone with all body shapes :) The trainers I met in studio were very kind too.

Absolutely loved the Pilates Principles workshop! 🤍 Hannah is such a lovely and wonderful instructor — warm, knowledgeable, and so easy to connect with. The studio is small, cozy, and has the sweetest atmosphere. It genuinely feels less like going to a workout class and more like spending time with friends who also happen to love Pilates. ✨ Such a beautiful little space and such a lovely experience. Definitely coming back! 🎀

1. Was sollte ich für meinen ersten Besuch wissen?

Booked a group class? Our trainers will open the studio door for you approximately 15 minutes before the class begins. No QR-Code is required for group classes. Please arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled class so we can start on time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee participation if you arrive late. Booked an On-Demand class? You’ll find a QR-Code in your booking confirmation that grants you access to the studio 10 minutes before your reserved time slot. Simply scan the code using the small black box (scanner) located at the studio entrance. Once inside, go to the Reformer you booked (you'll find the name in your confirmation), select a video from our platform, and start your workout.

2. Muss ich eigenes Equipment mitbringen oder ist es möglich etwas auszuleihen?

For all classes, you’ll need grip socks and comfortable clothing. For On-Demand classes, you’re welcome to bring your own Bluetooth headphones – or use the ones we provide.

3. Was soll ich tun, wenn ich gebucht habe, aber doch nicht kommen kann?

To ensure maximum flexibility, you can cancel your On-Demand classes up to 12 hours (group classes: 24 hours) before the scheduled time.If you cancel your On-Demand class within 12 hours of the class start (group class: 24 hours) or don’t show up, the full price will be charged.

4. Was sollte ich sonst noch wissen?

Our classes are currently not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with health issues or acute injuries and are only available for people over 18.
