Train and Tone is a dynamic blend of intense Pilates-based exercises and cardio sequences all choreographed to the beat. The difference to regular Pilates is that the rhythmic music allows you to flow seamlessly from one exercise to the next, leaving no muscle untouched.

Our classes are taught in English and suitable for all fitness levels.

We’re Mariana and David, siblings united by a love for fitness and music. It’s this shared passion that inspired us to create the unique “T&T” experience. Our mission? We are not your classical Pilates studio. Our classes blend classical Pilates elements with intense cardio sequences choreographed to the music to deliver the ultimate burn.
All you need is your workout clothes, a towel and a bottle of water. Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starting time and let the trainer know that it is your first time.
All you need is your workout clothes, a towel and a bottle of water. We provide mats and the equipment you will need for your class.
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours prior to class. The credit will then be refunded to your Eversports account. Any bookings cancelled after the 12 hours will not be reimbursed and count as a paid class.
The majority of our classes can be adjusted to your own fitness level as all of our trainers will offer less intense modifications for you to take it slower if needed. Please inform the trainer of any pregnancies or injuries before class.
