SWEET SPOT Reformer

The SWEET SPOT studio is a holistic places of self-care and wellbeing where everyone is welcome. We are committed to practices that strengthen the body-mind connection, leave us energized and empowered, and ultimately bring us joy. We set out to be a safe space for any gender, age and body type and don’t care about „levels" of experience or fitness. This is your time to reconnect – with your body, your breath, and your inner strength. In your own pace. Our dedicated instructors are here to guide and empower you every step of the way. This journey is not about performance – you’re not here to prove anything – you’re here to remember what you’re capable of.

NEWBIE? We are so happy you are joining us for your first Reformer Pilates experience! We recommend starting with our REFORMER METHOD class. Please make sure to arrive at the studio about 10 minutes early so your teacher can explain the machine to you. Under no circumstances are you allowed to join the class if you are late.

PLEASE BE ON TIME! We open doors 20 minutes before class starts, no need to arrive much sooner as our trainers are busy with previous clients. Things happen and life can get in the way but out of respect for the other customers and for safety reasons we are not accepting latecomers and your credit cannot be refunded. LANGUAGE Our approach to language during class, if not marked as „dt.“ or „engl.“ in the schedule, is fluid. If non-german-speaking clients are joining, our classes will be held in English or – if needed – bilingually in English and German. We got you covered and will make sure everyone gets the most out of their practice.

WHAT TO WEAR? Wear form-fitting, comfortable work-out clothes. Avoid zippers or buttons. We have a strict non-barefoot policy and recommend wearing grip socks for your own safety. If you don’t have any, you can buy them at the studio.

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please make sure to cancel your spot 24 hours in advance for a refund of your credit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your class or do not show up, your credit will be deducted from your account. If you are sick we will revoke your credit if you cancel your booking in advance so your spot in class opens up for others AND you send us a medical certificate (Krankmeldung).
