Reformer class with Lisa is excellent. I loved the entire experience, atmosphere and interior design of the studio - very high end. Will gladly come back again.

I have been to many Pilates studios around the world - but this one is on a completely different level!! I don’t know if any other studios can ever beat this. The design - 10 of 10, the atmosphere - like in a 5* hotel, the teacher and his class - absolutely great! This studio is also open for men and male teachers - and I, even as a woman, find it absolutely amazing, wish all studios followed this example. I came to Vienna as a tourist and a reformer class at reflow was one of the highlights of my trip. Hope to visit it again one day! ❤️ P.S. their grip socks are just amazing, it’s probably my best souvenir from this trip :)
