Lumée is a modern movement space in Salzburg combining mat Pilates, mobility & flexibility training for active people.
The focus is on movement quality, body awareness, strength & mobility — not just getting through another workout.
Classes are intentionally kept small and personal to create more attention, connection and a deeper understanding of movement.
Lumée is for people who want to move better, feel better and build a stronger connection to their body through mindful, intelligent movement.
