In unserem kleinen, persönlichen Studio trainierst du in exklusiven Gruppen mit maximal 4 Personen. So können wir individuell auf dich eingehen und dir ein hochwertiges, persönliches Training bieten.

Unsere Reformer-Pilates-Kurse verbinden Kraft, Kontrolle, Balance und bewusste Bewegung und sind für verschiedene Levels geeignet – egal, ob du gerade erst mit Reformer Pilates beginnst oder bereits Erfahrung hast.

Our intimate studio offers classes with a maximum of 4 people, allowing us to give you personal attention and create a high-quality, individual training experience.

Wir sind Gala & Andrea – zwei professionelle Balletttänzer mit über 10 Jahren Bühnenerfahrung und einer gemeinsamen Leidenschaft für Bewegung und Reformer Pilates.

Aktuell sind wir als professionelle Tänzer am Salzburger Landestheater tätig. Durch unsere langjährige Karriere im professionellen Tanz haben wir ein tiefes Verständnis für Körperbewusstsein, Haltung, Kraft, Kontrolle und präzise Bewegung entwickelt.

Mit Gala Reformer Pilates möchten wir diese Erfahrung mit dir teilen und einen persönlichen Ort schaffen, an dem qualitativ hochwertiges Training und bewusste Bewegung im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Dank unserer kleinen Gruppen mit maximal vier Personen können wir individuell auf dich eingehen und dich dabei unterstützen, dich stärker, bewusster und sicherer in deiner Bewegung zu fühlen.

We are Gala & Andrea – two professional ballet dancers with over 10 years of professional stage experience and a shared passion for movement and Reformer Pilates.

We currently work as professional dancers at the Salzburger Landestheater. Through our years in professional dance, we have developed a deep understanding of body awareness, posture, strength, control and precision in movement.

With Gala Reformer Pilates, we want to share this experience with you and create a personal space where high-quality training and mindful movement come together.

With a maximum of four people per class, we can give each client individual attention and help you feel stronger, more connected and confident in your movement.

🇩🇪 Bei Gala Reformer Pilates trainierst du in einer persönlichen Boutique-Atmosphäre mit maximal 4 Personen pro Kurs. Dadurch können wir individuell auf dich eingehen und dich während des Trainings persönlich begleiten. Als professionelle Balletttänzer bringen wir unsere langjährige Erfahrung mit Bewegung, Körperbewusstsein, Kraft und Kontrolle in jede Stunde ein. Unser Ziel ist, dass du dich stärker fühlst und gleichzeitig Freude an der Bewegung hast. 🤍 🇬🇧 At Gala Reformer Pilates, you train in an intimate boutique setting with a maximum of 4 people per class. This allows us to give you individual attention and guide you personally throughout your workout. As professional ballet dancers, we bring years of experience in movement, body awareness, strength and control into every class. Our goal is for you to feel stronger while enjoying the way you move. 🤍
🇩🇪 Du musst kein eigenes Equipment mitbringen – alles, was du für dein Training brauchst, steht im Studio bereit. Für das Training sind Grip-Socken erforderlich. Du kannst deine eigenen mitbringen oder unsere offiziellen Gala Reformer Pilates Socken direkt im Studio kaufen. 🇬🇧 There’s no need to bring your own equipment – everything you need for your workout is provided in the studio. Grip socks are required for your class. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase our official Gala Reformer Pilates socks directly at the studio.
🇩🇪 Falls du nicht teilnehmen kannst, storniere deine Buchung bitte mindestens 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn über Eversports. Bei späteren Stornierungen oder Nichterscheinen kann die Einheit leider nicht gutgeschrieben oder erstattet werden. So haben andere Kund:innen die Möglichkeit, den frei gewordenen Platz zu buchen. Wir zeigen dir den Reformer und erklären dir alles, was du für deine erste Stunde wissen musst. Bitte beachte, dass nach Beginn der Stunde kein Einlass mehr möglich ist, aus Rücksicht auf die anderen Teilnehmer:innen. 🇬🇧 Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class. If this is your first Reformer Pilates class, simply let us know when you arrive. We’ll introduce you to the Reformer and explain everything you need to know before getting started. Please note that once the class has started, entry is no longer possible, out of respect for the other clients.
🇩🇪 Deutsch Noch eine kleine Information zu unserem Kursplan 🤍 Da wir beide als professionelle Tänzer am Salzburger Landestheater tätig sind, kann es in Ausnahmefällen zu Änderungen bei unseren Nachmittags- und Abendkursen kommen, zum Beispiel aufgrund kurzfristiger Proben oder Änderungen im Theaterplan. Wir planen unsere Reformer-Kurse sorgfältig rund um unseren Theater- und Vorstellungsplan und versuchen selbstverständlich, Änderungen so weit wie möglich zu vermeiden. Sollte dennoch eine kurzfristige Änderung notwendig sein, werden wir dich so früh wie möglich informieren. Vielen Dank für dein Verständnis. 🤍 🇬🇧 English A little note about our class schedule 🤍 As we both work as professional dancers at the Salzburger Landestheater, in exceptional circumstances our afternoon and evening classes may be affected by last-minute rehearsals or changes to the theatre schedule. We carefully plan our Reformer classes around our rehearsal and performance schedules and will always do our best to avoid changes. However, if a last-minute adjustment is necessary, we will let you know as early as possible. Thank you for your understanding. 🤍
