Welcome to the Elevate Studio.
Elevate is a new studio in the heart of Zurich, offering you a large variety of classes and practices. Our studio follows the Neo Kundalini Yoga wisdom, bringing together yoga movements, breathwork and pranayama, meditation, chanting and inner reflection, in an open, non-dogmatic and fluid way.
We, Rossana and Gloria, the co-founders and co-owners of Elevate, met during our Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Zurich and connected immediately. Together we journeyed into deep transformation practices and processes. And when the opportunity to open the Elevate Studio presented itself, we took the chance on this opportunity.
