This is a fun mat class with some extra challenges open to all levels of ability. It is a gentle and very precise full Body workout with some small Props which you find in your Household. Make following Props ready; Chair, Broom Stick, small Towels, Mini Band, Dynaband or a Belt, Pillow from the Couch, Ball, Black Roll or similar.
