Join Mamá Ludi, an Afro-Cuban mother of two boys, dance and yoga instructor, and founder of Mommylicious Dance, for a sacred journey of healing through dance and spirituality. Drawing strength from her African heritage, Mamá Ludi healed herself from postpartum depression and now guides other mothers in their journey, with the blessings of the goddess Oshun.

Mamá Ludi understands how challenging it can be to practice self-love as a mother, but also how essential it is for our mental and physical balance. When we mothers are happy, our children will be happy too. 🌸

• Dress Code: Mothers are encouraged to wear yellow, and their babies too.
