Beginner Acroyoga Workshop Series: Lift off with first poses! 

This summer, we offer our beginner course as a series of workshops - each one can be booked individually, you can start at any moment. In total there are 8 workshops (= Level 1 Acroyoga Course).

What is acroyoga?

Acroyoga is a beautiful mix of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage techniques. In this course, we will be focusing on the basics of L-basing, which typically involves a base balancing a flyer on feet or hands and a spotter to keep everyone safe.

Perfect for complete beginners, we build the class up step by step :) No partner needed!

The class is about trust, laughter, and discovering that with the right tips, acroyoga is actually easier than it looks!

Here is an overview of the acroyoga poses we will cover each week - we add warm-up, some games and first transition between the poses.

Workshop 4: first inversions (star, candlestick)

Workshop 5: backbend, bow, mermaid

Workshop 6: warrior, throne, sacrifice
