SACRED DANCE JOURNEY — BLINDFOLD Eine intensive, sinnliche und transformierende Tanzreise nach innen. by Annemarie Lombard Puntschart of VENUSfrequency

GERMAN text - annemarie lädt dich auf eine Reise jenseits von Raum und Zeit ein. Mit verbundenen Augen lösen wir für eine Weile den Blick von der äußeren Welt und wenden uns nach innen. Wir lassen Vorstellungen, Selbsturteile und gewohnte Bewegungsmuster los und öffnen einen Raum für Intuition, Wahrnehmung, Ausdruck und das, was sich durch den Körper bewegen möchte. Die Musik führt durch unterschiedliche Landschaften – von Tribal und organischen Sounds über Mantras, Medicine Songs, Pop, Klassik und Oper bis hin zu elektronischen Klängen, Bass, House, Tribal und Trap. Jede Playlist ist von Annemarie #carefullycurated und wird zum Soundtrack dieser Reise. Der Sacred Dance Journey folgt keinem vorgegebenen Tanz. Es geht nicht darum, wie du aussiehst oder etwas leisten musst. Du darfst lauschen, dich bewegen, still werden, intensiv werden, loslassen, spielen, atmen und deinem eigenen Rhythmus folgen. Mit der Augenbinde entsteht ein geschützter Raum, in dem die äußere Welt für einen Moment leiser werden darf und du deiner inneren Welt näherkommst.

Was du brauchst • Augenbinde • Bequeme, bewegungsfreundliche Kleidung • Getanzt wird barfuß oder mit rutschfesten Socken • Bitte komm pünktlich, damit wir gemeinsam und ungestört beginnen können. --- Die Teilnehmer*innenzahl ist begrenzt. Eine vorherige Anmeldung ist erforderlich.---

Wichtiger Hinweis:Der Sacred Dance Journey ist ein spirituell-somatisches Bewegungsangebot und kein Ersatz für medizinische oder psychologische Behandlung. Die Teilnahme erfolgt in eigener Verantwortung. Aufgrund der intensiven Bewegung und der teilweise erhöhten Lautstärke ist die Teilnahme bei bestimmten gesundheitlichen Bedingungen möglicherweise nicht geeignet. ENGLISH text - annemarie VENUSfrequency invites you on a journey beyond the familiar boundaries of space and time.

With a blindfold covering the eyes, we temporarily turn away from the outer world and listen inward. Freed from self-judgement, expectations and habitual patterns of movement, we create space for intuition, sensation, expression and whatever is ready to move through the body. The music becomes the soundtrack of the journey – moving through Tribal and organic sounds, Spiritual Mantras and Medicine Songs, Pop, Opera and Classical music, as well as electronic landscapes of Bass, House, Tribal and Trap. Every playlist is #carefullycurated by Annemarie to create a unique musical journey. There is no choreography and nothing to perform. This is not about how you look or how you dance. You are invited to listen, move, rest, breathe, play, release, become still and follow your own rhythm. Within a safely held space, the blindfold allows the outer world to soften for a while, opening the possibility of encountering something deeper within.

What to bring • A blindfold • Comfortable clothing that allows free movement • We dance barefoot or in non-slip socks • Please arrive on time so we can begin our journey together without interruption. --- Places are limited and advance registration is required. --- 

Important note:Sacred Dance Journey is a spiritual and somatic movement experience and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Participation is at your own responsibility. Due to the intensity of movement and potentially elevated sound levels, participation may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions. If you have any concerns or existing health conditions, please consult your doctor beforehand. Alcohol and other mind-altering substances are not permitted during the experience.
