CONNECTED BREATH + VISUALISATION is designed to help you connect with yourself in a different way.
Connected Breath can be seen as a gateway to expanded consciousness, physical, emotional, and transpersonal, while the visualisation allows you to engage purposefully with this expanded consciousness. With Connected Breath ( dt. Verbundener Atem ), you breathe in and out through your mouth without pausing, drawing the breath deep into your body. Layer by layer, you dive deeper into your physical being. With clarity, efficiency, and precision, this breathing technique bridges the gap between the inner and the outer. Between the conscious and the subconscious.
The visualisation resembles the concept of a guided meditation. Attention is directed inward, a process facilitated by the preceding breathing sequence. Through this state of expanded consciousness, aspects become visible and perceptible that often occur only subconsciously in everyday life.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Due to its intensity, connected breathing is not recommended under certain circumstances: during pregnancy, if you have epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, or high blood pressure; if you suffer from acute anxiety disorders or clinical psychosis; after surgery or bone fractures; if you have high intraocular pressure; or in the case of retinal detachment.
