Originally coming from the world of professional dance, Jadwiga organically blends her movement knowledge to the Pilates practice. With a gentle approach and instinctive passion for precision and quality in her work, she aims to inspire people to get more connected and aware about themselves. Having deepened her knowledge as a BASI Pilates instructor, she will respectfully guide you to push your own limits while improving your alignment, strength and connection to your breath. You will be given the chance to get to know your body in a precise way and grow towards a healthier you, supported by her human touch. Jadwiga is leading her classes in English, but regardless of the language she will always give clear corrections to make sure all clients will benefit from her practice and improve the understanding of their bodies.
