Pilates (or what I thought was Pilates. In retrospect, more of a workout labeled as Pilates..) has been part of my life for 10+ years. But it wasn’t until I attended my first authentic Pilates class that everything changed. For the first time, I experienced real control, precision, and connection to movement. Inspired by this experience, I completed my teacher training with BASI®. What started as a way to balance my office job in the health and wellness industry quickly grew into something much bigger and I transitioned into teaching full-time. As a certified BASI® Pilates teacher, I guide students across the full spectrum of Pilates equipment. My goal is simple: I want you to leave my class feeling taller, more aligned, and ready to take on whatever life throws at you. Because for me, Pilates is a method to move better, feel better, and live better.

With a background in dance and martial art Alberto brings a deep understanding of the body and the importance of a full body program. His classes begin with a gentle awakening of the muscles and gradually build towards an empowering full-body experience.
